Very personable. The owner and staff catered to me when I needed something. I was in a slightly smaller room when I checked in and when they found out I was going to stay long term they moved me to a much larger excellent room with no rate change. I was there for 2 months. THANK YOU!!!

It’s not so clean but looks like my own room.The only thing that I am scared of is the bed.I wish you guys can actually wash them much more better, (worried about the bedbugs and smell)the gaps in the room have some dust, wash room is clean but feel not safe on the towel.Somebody burned the curtain in the bathroom,but I can see the owner try to do his best. This is already a good room for this price
Myself and my Family stayed here in January and February 2 2024 We had great experience from start to finish. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Room was nice and comfortable. The location Was best There is always Public Transportations stop 10 minutes at front gate of the Kitchener Motel.
stayed there this past week was actually surprised the room was clean and spacious fresh towels and the bed was comfy the manager raj and the cleaning lady are also super nice and friendly. its also in a good area tons of food options near the motel and a gas station and timmies right beside it. would book again its also pretty quiet place not too much noise in the area
Super kind staff and easy/ fast check in. Travelling from the Yukon for a funeral and the beds were super comfy and had a nice TV. We like these types of motels where you can park right outside your door. It's not a fancy motel but it was very quiet! Tim Hortons is right next door.
I stay here periodically when working. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. The owners are constantly attentive and prompt with all your needs. Definitely will be a constant customer when in town.
